Rear Admiral Rob Wray (US Navy ret) founded BlueStar in 2013, because his parents, his parents-in-law, and his aunts and uncles are all seniors in veteran families. The mission: to make life better for them, and for the ten million Americans like them.

Where Are We?
We are headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, just outside of Washington DC. Our call centers are in South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. We serve customers in all 50 states, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
